Activity Groups
Cooking
Monthly gathering at a member's house, usually on the last Tuesday of the month.
The host chooses the menu and purchases all the main ingredients while attendees take part in the preparation of the meal and share the cost of ingredients purchased. Then enjoy the collectively cooked meal.

Coffee & Breakfast
Enjoy a friendly chat over a coffee or a full breakfast once a month. Various locations around West Island area.
Great way to catch up with old friends or meet new members and at the same time trying new places for breakfast,

Walking
What can be a better way to kick off the weekend than a walk along the beautiful Lac St. Louis and a coffee and chat afterwards with friends? It is as much about getting some great exercise as it is about catching up with good friends.
Every Friday morning at 9:30am, everyone is welcome – including our friendly four-legged friends.
These walks continue during the winter months so be sure to have a good pair of crampons ready!

Arts & Craft
Painting, jewelry making, knitting and other fun craft ideas come to life in this club.

Everybody is welcome from novice to expert. You may try and learn a new craft or work our own projects.

Occasionally, guest crafters are invited to showcase new arts and crafts.

Mahjong
We love our Mahjong! This active group typically meets once a week to play Chinese-style Mahjong and share tasty treats and tea/coffee.
If you want to develop your skills in techniques, observation, memory and adaptive strategies, join us to learn how to play Mahjong. It is a wonderful way to spend the afternoon!

Books
We take turns hosting the meeting in our homes or meet at a local cafe, usually 3rd Wednesday of the month.
We try to read a variety of genres from international authors. All members are encouraged to make book suggestions and the book reading list for the year is typically determined during the first meeting each Club year.

Friday Lunch/Brunch
This activity is held the first Friday of each month. Usually following the morning walk but you don't have to do the walk before joining this activity
A very nice way to finish off a week by dining with friends while discussing the plans for the weekend.
